About
Hi! my name is Muhammad Ikhmal Bin Jamaludin,
and I am a creative and motivated individual with a passion for animation. I was born on January 19th, 2003, in Johor Bahru, Johor. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in 2D animation production at University Technology Mara Puncak Perdana Campus, Selangor's branch.
During my studies at University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia for a diploma in animation technology and degree in 2D animation production at University Technology Mara Puncak Perdana Campus, Selangor's branch, I have developed various skills, including leadership, communication, and creative thinking. However, my true passion lies in drawing, scriptwriting, concept art, and designing. Participating in several animation productions during my studies has allowed me to gain invaluable experience in the field, and I have found myself drawn towards scriptwriting and storyboarding.
My interest in scriptwriting and designing stems from its ability to bring a script to life, and I take pride in the fact that I can contribute to the visualisation process of an animation project. I am continually working on improving my skills and knowledge to become a skilled storyboard artist. I am always looking for new opportunities to challenge myself and gain experience in the animation industry.
I selected The R&D Studio, a content development studio situated in Kelana Jaya, Selangor, as the venue for my internship. My inclination towards animation, particularly in the pre-production phase, motivated me to apply to this esteemed establishment. The allure of contributing to story development in their projects aligns seamlessly with my passion, making The R&D Studio an ideal choice for my internship.
Not long before I pursued my degree, I worked for about 9 months at JR Performance Concept, where I implemented what I had gained during my studies at UTHM. I have gained a lot of experience in conducting projects all by myself and i got the opportunities to channel my creative ideas into my works and had prepared me mentally for my degree studies.

Since primary school, I have developed a keen interest in crafting stories and bringing them to life through art. I find great joy in expressing myself through artistic mediums and have always been the one eagerly anticipating art classes and participating in art competitions.
2016-2020

During my time in secondary school, my passion for art flourished. I enthusiastically enrolled in art classes and showcased my talent by completing an impressive art portfolio in my final year, It was then that I made the resolute decision to pursue a career in animation, as it would allow me to breathe life into my stories and bring them to fruition.
2021-2023
Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Pagoh, Johor.
I successfully gained admission to animation courses, where I delved into a wealth of knowledge and skills related to the field. Throughout my time there, I actively participated in numerous competitions and emerged victorious in several, enriching my experience and further honing my abilities. Additionally, my involvement in the student leadership council provided me with invaluable opportunities to deepen my understanding of leadership principles.
2024- Now
Universiti Teknologi Mara Puncak Perdana Cawangan Selangor, Selangor.
I decided to pursue my studies and continued it in the animation field. As a 2d Animation production student, it did not stop me from becoming student council for my faculty where I worked as a team managing events for students, and since I was in Information and Infographics Department I also managed the faculty social media pages while preparing myself for my final year project.
Working Experience
I worked at JR Performance Concept after I finished my diploma. It was one of the most remarkable positions I ever worked in; this is because I got to channel my creative ideas into my work. It is relatable to my job even though I had to work on-site since it was an automotive performance shop. I had been given the opportunities to edit, to design, to record and to capture every creative moment for projects I was assigned for. However, it was a fun experience to work as a Marketing Designer there for over 9 months before I pursued my degree studies.
